Trust Our State-Licensed Attorney

Are you looking for a skilled attorney to guide you through the administration of an estate? Here at Sherman Law, we have years of mentoring experience and continuing legal education. We are experienced in advising personal representatives and beneficiaries of an estate and on how to settle the final affairs of a deceased person.

You can count on our state-licensed attorney to simplify the estate administration process for you and ensure you make all the right decisions.

Personal Representation from Start to Finish

We work with families who have loved ones that died testate, meaning with a valid last will and testament, and families without a last will and testament, or intestate. We advise the beneficiaries of an estate on legal and other matters that may be presented to them during the probate process.

We are also experienced in negotiations between beneficiaries who don’t get along with each other or do not know the personal representative very well.
